Mehul Choksi's son weds in Pune. This was followed by a high-tea and dinner, where Ali Quli sang for the attendees. The guests were part of an evening where GS went underwater to enhance the decor and graphics, setting up 3000 sq.ft. of LED and an LED dance floor.
The party kept everyone on their feet, with a performance by Mika Singh and a casino setup as well. They were further entertained by moving to nightclub Miami for a set by French trio Paris House Addict followed by DJ Hiren Bhawsar.
The second day saw singers Parthiv Gohil, Manasi Parekh Gohil and Jahnvi perform with traditional dancers while the ladies got their mehendi applied. Another high-tea with a singing performance by Iraana set the tone for the sangeet in the evening. The musical display by duo Salim - Sulaiman was followed by sets by DJs from the previous night.
The third day saw guests entertained by Raell Padamsee's Sound of Music, a musical theatrical show during breakfast. This was followed by traditional wedding functions like Pithi and Mahera and lunch was served while mind reader Roy Zaltsman thrilled guests with his tricks.
The wedding at Talera House was underway when the baraat started with band JEA's performance. The reception started with performances by Nritarutya, an Indian contemporary dance company and a further musical performance by Nash Naubert was accompanied by Gaysil Naubert and her troupe.
Explaining the challenges faced in execution of the affair, Thakur said: "There were new welcome hampers to be delivered everyday in guest rooms and our efficient team managed to do the same with ease. There was an activity happening at every given time during the three days including during all meals, post functions, after parties, etc. Hence, making teams divide work in an efficient manner saw all the activities executed without any hiccups."
